The overall goal of a hospital system was to expand and improve their labor and delivery services to local mothers. With the knowledge from Phase I regarding the drivers of physician referral behavior, Phase II focused on quantifying the impact of providing different services to families by measuring the importance of decision drivers of mothers and families when choosing where to deliver their baby(s).
